Personal Training

1 on 1 training with a professional coach to gain competence and confidence so you can reach your goals as quickly as possible. Everyone starts here before joining group classes and has at least one session every quarter.

Individual Design

Specific goals require specific programming. Our classes are designed to allow you to integrate a customized program into class so that you can reach your goals faster without missing out on the fun atmosphere!

Group Classes

PERFORMANCE is our typical CrossFit track and is designed to increase performance in the gym. FITNESS is focused on body composition and health. Our professional coaches make sure you have fun and are safe while training.


Our coaches are trained to assess athletes and program for them not only to get them fit and strong, but keep them from getting hurt. If you want to make it to the top, you need to be strong and healthy. Competitors get a remote program customized to their assessment, abilities, and goals.


Losing body fat and gaining muscle are the two common reasons clients join this program. These are not easy tasks to do on your own. With us, you'll get a plan, check ins with a coach, monthly muscle/fat analysis (InBody) scans, and support to help you look and feel the way you've always wanted.
