Our Weightlifting program is designed for people interested in learning the Olympic lifts, but don’t have interest in the full CrossFit program. This is geared to weightlifters looking to learn/ improve their technique as well as those looking to compete. We have multiple USAW certified coaches here to help you. We run a dedicated lifting class as well, but most of this training will be done on your own in our weightlifting room.

We also have a Weightlifting class on Wednesday nights which is free to all members. These classes focus on the olympic lifts and other drills to help improve their technique.
