Fitness:

1. Every 3 mins X 5 sets 

DB Incline Bench Press – 8-10 reps
Banded tricep Extensions – 12-15 reps
MB Plank – 20-30 sec (use a slam ball)

OR

Performance:

1. Bench Press – 10-8-6-4-2 Reps – every 3 mins X 5 sets – building to tough set
