Fitness:

1. Every 2 mins X 6 sets (alternate 3 of each)

a. SA OH Carry – 75ft/arm – tough weight
b. DB Box Step-ups – 10-12 reps – alternating

OR

Performance:

1. Snatch (w/ pause @ knee) – 1 rep – Every 2 mins X 6 sets – building from 70% to a heavy single
