a. KB Goblet Good Mornings – 8-10 reps (w/ 3 sec neg)

b. SA OH Lunges – 5/arm – alternating legs

Performance:

1. Snatch (w/ pause @ knee) + Snatch – (1+1) – every 90 sec X 8 sets – build on feel
