a. KB Goblet Good Mornings – 8 reps (w/ 3 sec neg) + 20 sec Hollow Hold
b. SA DB Push Press  + OH Hold – 5 + 20 sec/ arm

OR

Performance:

1. Power Clean + Hang Clean + Push Jerk (1+1+1) – every 2 mins X 8 sets – working @ 60%+
