Murph Prep Monday!

Fitness + Performance:

1. 3 Sets 

10 Front Squats (from rack) @ about 60% – tough but UB set
200m Sprint

Rest 2-3 mins b/w sets

**finish the front squats and go right into your 200m Run 

+

REPEAT

4 Sets – goal is close to UB sets, adjust reps as needed

Run 400m
10 Strict Pull-ups (sub band if needed)
20 Push-ups
30 Air Squats
