Workout of the Day

Fitness:

1. Every 90 sec X 8 sets (alternate, 4 of each) 

a. KB Gorilla Rows – 16-20 reps ( sub bent-over alt DB rows if needed)

b. Sorenson Hold – 30-45 sec (add weight if easy)

OR

Performance:

1. Power Clean + Low Hang Clean – (1+1) Every 90 sec X 8 sets – working 70-80%
