Workout of the Day

Fitness:

1. Every 3 mins X 6 sets –

Back Squat – 3 reps (w/ 3 sec neg)
Wall Sit – 30-45 sec – hold weight in front if u can

OR

Performance:

1. Back Squat – every 3 mins X 6 sets

2 reps X 3 sets @ 80-85%
1 rep X 3 sets @ 90% – dont build heavier here, focus on quality reps

6 Squat Snatch – 95/65 (sub 10 alt Plate OH Lunges)
9 Pull-ups (sub jumping)
12 Box Jump-overs – 24/20
