Fitness:

1. Every 3 mins X 5 sets 

Deadlift – 6 reps (w/ 3 sec neg)
SA DB High Pulls – 8-10/arm

OR

Performance:

1. Every 3 mins X 5 sets 

Deadlift – 2-3 reps (w/ dead stop on floor) – focus on tight set-up, build to a tough set
SA DB High Pulls – 8-10/arm

30 sec Work : 30 sec Rest X 4 Sets
SA DB alt Snatch – 50/35
Sit-ups
SA OH alt DB Lunges – (2 rounds/ arm)
Double unders
