5 SA KB Swings + 5 KB Waiters Squats + 20 sec FR March – do all 1-arm then the other – build to a challenging weight for complex

1. Front Squat – 3 reps – every 3 mins X 5 sets

6 Front Squats – 135/95 (sub KB goblet squats)
9 Burpees over the bar
6 Hang Power Cleans – 135/95 (sub KB SDLHP)
12 Box Jumps – 24/20
