Fitness:

1. Every 3 mins X 5 sets 

DB Strict Press – 6 reps (1 sec hold OH)
Banded 1/2 Kneeling Paloff Press – 8/ side

OR

Performance:

1. Every 3 mins X 5 sets 

BB Strict Press – 2-3 reps – building on feel to tough set
Banded 1/2 Kneeling Paloff Press – 8/ side

+

PUSH – Goal is UB Rounds

25 Wall Balls – 30/20 (only scale up weight if you think you can do UB)
15-25 Push-ups (sub 15 Kipping HSPU if proficient) **should be a # you can do in 1-2 sets
25/20 Cal Row

Rest 3 mins X 2 sets – each for time
