Workout of the Day

Fitness:

1. Every 3 mins X 6 sets 

Back Squat – 3 reps @ 32X1 tempo – build off last week if you can
15 Bench Supported Glute Bridges after each set – add weight if you can

OR

Performance:

1. Back Squat – Every 3 mins X 6 sets
5 reps @ 70%
3 reps @ 75,80%
Doubles @ 85%+ X 3 sets – build to a tough double (RPE 8-9)

+

REPEAT – push the pace, but should be repeatable rounds

4 Rounds 
15 Russian KB Swings – 70/53
12 alternating KB Goblet Lunges (6/ leg) – 70/53
9 Burpee Box Jumps – 24/20
rest 90 sec b/w rounds
