Fitness:

Back Squat – 3 reps @ 32X1 tempo
Banded Hip Pull-Throughs – 15 reps (squeeze glutes hard)

OR

Performance:

1. Back Squat – 3 reps – every 3 mins X 5 sets – building to a tough set
RPE 8-9
