Workout of the Day

Fitness:

1. Every 90 sec X 8 sets – (alternate, 4 of each)

a. Snatch Grip RDL – 6-8 reps (w/ slow neg) – build off last week
b. Turkish Get-up – 1/arm – tough but quality reps

OR

Performance:

1. Snatch Pull + Low Hang Snatch (1+1) – Every 90 sec X 8 sets – aim to work a little heavier than last week

+

REPEAT – goal is to push the pace, but round should be repeatable

6 Hang Squat Snatch – 95/65 (sub alt 10 Reverse OH Plate Lunges)
9 Burpee Box Jumps – 24/20
Rest 60 sec b/w rounds
