Workout of the Day

Fitness:

1. Every 3 mins X 5 sets 

DB Bench Press – 10-12 reps (3 sec neg)
Plank + Shoulder Taps – 20 reps (10/side) – slow and focused

OR

Performance:

1. Bench Press – 5 reps – Every 3 mins X 5 sets – work @ a tough but fast moving weight across (70-75%)
