Fitness:

1. Every 2 mins X 6 sets (alternate, 3 sets of each)

a. Snatch Grip RDL – 8-10 reps (w/ slow neg) + 20-30 sec Hollow Hold
b. SA OH March – 30 sec/ arm – locked/ out – build to a heavy

OR

Performance:

1. Power Snatch + Low Hang Snatch – (1+1) – every 2 mins X 6 sets – working 60-80% of PS
