Single Arm DB Bench Press (feet up on bench) – 10-12/arm

Bent-over BB Rows (underhand grip) – 10-12 reps

Strict Pull-ups – tough UB set (if can do 10+ consistently, add weight)

a. AB – 12/9 Cals

b. OH Plate Walking Lunges – 45/25 – 10-16 steps

c. GHD Sit-ups – 10-15 reps
